ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Angelika Vandamme

a licensed psychologist, state-recognized psychological psychotherapist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, and an experienced coach. I’ve taught mindfulness and stress management courses at Charité Berlin and earned my doctorate (Dr. rer. med., summa cum laude) in psychological crisis intervention. I’ve also co-authored numerous scientific articles and book chapters and led a research group at Charité Berlin from 2018 to 2022. For over a decade, I’ve helped businesses build effective, healthy communication and offer personalized coaching to individuals facing psychological crises or personal challenges. I’ve delivered keynotes, lightning talks, and interviews on mental health topics, and have been featured on platforms like Zeit Online, Deutschlandfunk, and SW-Rundfunk.
