• We do not proclaim unfulfillable promises of healing that are not in our hands.

• Transparency regarding realistic goals that can be achieved is a central building block.

• We work with our participants on an equal footing.

• Respectful interaction is the basis of our collaboration. We don't want to be "gurus".
