Coaching School

I am a co-founder of the Charité Coaching School and primarily responsible for the content design of the coaching training curriculum. Together with a small team led by the clinic director of the psychiatric university hospital at Charité Campus Mitte, we are developing modern coaching methods with the goal of scientifically evaluating them.

Private Practice

In my private psychotherapy practice, I place great emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation techniques that can help manage a fast-paced, stressful daily life. In my work as a behavioral therapist, I also integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and the systemic approach. In treating adult clients with all kinds of psychological illnesses, I have particularly extensive experience with individuals suffering from depression, burn-out, anxiety disorders, psychoses, severe traumas, sexual disorders, and personality disorders.

Charité

In addition, until 2023, I worked for over ten years at the Psychiatric University Hospital of Charité at St. Hedwig Hospital, where I managed the psychiatric outpatient department of Station 37. During my inpatient work, I collaborated with a large team following the "Weddinger Modell," a psychiatric model that emphasizes work in multi-professional teams. I trained the treatment concept at regular intervals throughout the clinic and implemented "Joint Debriefings of Coercive Measures with Patients" across different wards. In my role as head of the research group "Social Psychiatry and Health Services Research," I conducted research from 2015 to 2022 on the prevention of coercive measures in psychiatry and have been involved in various publications.
